Detailed Itinerary
Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi and a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, where you briefly stop to admire the breathtaking views. You then continue toward the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. After settling in, you head out for your first afternoon game drive, exploring the vast plains in search of elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and many other wildlife species. As the sun sets over the savannah, you return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
You start the day with an early morning game drive, the perfect time to witness predators being active and wildlife gathering around the open grasslands. After breakfast, you may relax at the lodge or continue exploring different parts of the reserve with additional game drives. In the afternoon, another extended game drive allows you to discover more wildlife and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Mara. As the day ends, you return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful night surrounded by nature.
After breakfast, you depart Masai Mara and begin your journey toward Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, you proceed on a game drive through the park, famous for its rhinos, rich birdlife, and picturesque viewpoints. After exploring Nakuru, you continue to Lake Naivasha, where you enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the freshwater lake to observe hippos and water birds up close. Later, you check in at your Naivasha lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Your final morning begins with an optional walking safari on Crescent Island, where you can walk freely among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes in a peaceful natural setting. You may also choose to visit Hell’s Gate National Park for cycling or hiking between dramatic cliffs and geothermal formations.
