Detailed Itinerary
We will start the day with an early morning game drive and return to the lodge/camp for breakfast. After which, we will depart for Lake Nakuru National park located in the Great Rift Valley. Lake Nakuru is home to a stunning flock of lesser and greater Flamingos, turning the lakeshores into a magnificent pink stretch. The park has diverse species of over 400 birds such as White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa where you can see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild’s Giraffe. Dinner and night stay in a camp/lodge.
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, enjoy full day game drive with picnic lunch served at the park. Tarangire National Park is known for its diverse and unique wildlife. Some of the animals found in the park include elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and over 500 species of birds. One of the most notable features of Tarangire National Park is its large elephant population, with over 3,000 elephants roaming the park’s vast savannah plains. The park is also home to a variety of other wildlife, including the endangered African wild dog, the lesser kudu, and the fringe-eared oryx. Dinner and night stay in a camp/lodge.
After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast, have full day game drive in the park, lunch at a campsite. Serengeti National Park is home to a wide range of unique and exotic animals. Some of the most famous animals found in the park include lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and wildebeests. The park is also home to some of the largest populations of predators in the world, including lions, leopards, and hyenas. Other animals that can be found in the park include zebras, gazelles, buffalo, and hippos. It is also a popular destination for birdwatchers, with over 500 species of birds found in the park. Dinner and night stay in a camp/lodge.
